Hello, and welcome to our Return and Refund page! We understand that sometimes things go differently than planned, where returns or refunds are necessary. Should the need arise, we have outlined our guidelines and requirements below.

Acceptable Claims

Curr Crafters only accepts claims for missing items, incorrect items, damaged items, and never delivered.
 
1. Missing Item/s:
 
The whole product is missing, or a part of it is incomplete.

2. Incorrect Item/s:
 
You have received a different item that you didn’t order.
 
3. Damaged Item/s:

A part of the product has visible damage that affects its usage, or the whole product is unusable.
 
4. Never Delivered:

Your package or parcel didn’t arrive at the delivery address.

What Should You Do

If your package arrived in a poor state and seems way too light (if you ordered a lot), among other things, we highly suggest you record a video while unpacking so we can determine if the issue is already present before opening.

Unboxing video is not a requirement but a great precaution to protect us and the customer. It will also escalate the process of returns and refunds if eligible.
 
We advise you to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package if you have one of the acceptable claims or when the status of your tracking has been changed to delivered but no package or parcel arrived.

Return

An incorrect, missing, or damaged item/s may be returned within seven business days (weekends and holidays excluded) commencing on the day we verify your claim and eligibility. The item/s should be returned unused and should be in excellent condition. Curr Crafters will shoulder the return shipping.

Once we receive and check the returned item/s, the customers can choose between redelivery or the applicable refund.

Refund

We will issue a redelivery or applicable refund (partial, full, or no refund) depending on these scenarios:
 
1. Missing Item/s
 
a. One Product Order Only
 
You placed an order with only a single product or set, and it has incomplete components.

You must return the whole order to us. Once we receive it and pass the inspection, you can choose if you want redelivery or a complete refund at the channel you used to settle your initial payment.

Suppose the item/s arrives unsellable or, worse, in a bad state. We have the right to decide whether to issue a partial payment or not at all.

b. Multiple Products in an Order
 
You placed an order with multiple products or sets, and they have incomplete components.

You may choose to return the affected item/s only or your whole order. Once we receive it and pass the inspection, you can choose if you want redelivery or the applicable (partial or full) refund at the channel you used to settle your initial payment.

Suppose the item/s arrives unsellable or, worse, in a bad state. We have the right to decide whether to issue a partial, a full, or no refund.

4. Never Delivered
 
For packages and parcels that are lost in transit, we will first coordinate with the selected shipping partner. Once we verified the status, we will proceed with the next step. You can choose between redelivery of your entire order or a full refund to your selected payment channel.
