Curr Crafters offers bulk ordering for those who wish to purchase larger quantities of our educational products, such as flashcards, charts, worksheets, activity boards, and others.

By placing a bulk order through our ordering forms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms, processes, and requirements described on this page.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Bulk orders must meet the required Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) to qualify. The MOQ varies depending on the product category listed below.
The MOQ applies per product. Customers only need to meet the minimum quantity for the specific product they wish to order.
Ordering additional products is not required. However, each product included in the order must meet its own MOQ requirement. Products that do not meet the required MOQ may not be included in the bulk order.

Discounts
Bulk orders may qualify for tiered discounts depending on the total order value, provided that all products included in the order meet their respective Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements.

2. Custom Institutional Pricing
Orders valued at ₱100,000 and above are eligible for custom pricing. Large institutional orders may request a tailored quote to reflect the scale, product complexity, and any additional services required.

3. First-Time Bulk Buyers
As a token of appreciation, first-time bulk buyers may receive a complimentary item or set in addition to applicable bulk discounts. This is a one-time incentive for new customers placing bulk orders.
Reminders:
- Bulk discounts and bulk order terms apply only to orders submitted through our official ordering forms.
- Bulk discounts cannot be combined with regular or non-bulk promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
- Bulk discounts apply only to the specific order in which they are granted and cannot be combined across separate orders.
- All discounts are calculated based on the final confirmed order total, as reflected in the official invoice issued by Curr Crafters. Shipping fees and other applicable charges are not included when determining discount eligibility, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
For all bulk orders, payment is required in two installments:
1. 50% Downpayment – to confirm the order and begin processing. The order will not be considered confirmed or reserved until the downpayment has been received.

- Failure to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of the order.
