Order Changes and Cancellation

To ensure accurate processing and timely fulfillment, please review the following guidelines regarding order changes and cancellations.
 
Order Changes or Modifications
 
Requests to change an order (such as product selection, quantity, or shipping details) must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the order enters the preparation or production stage, whichever comes first.

We will do our best to accommodate modification requests. However, changes may no longer be possible once an order has been confirmed and has entered the preparation or production stage.

If a modification affects the total order value, an updated invoice may be issued to reflect the changes.
 
Order Cancellation
 
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet entered the preparation or production stage.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels.

Once an order has begun processing, preparation, or production, cancellation may no longer be permitted.

Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Return and Refund, where applicable.
 
Orders Already in Processing or Production
 
Curr Crafters produces many items upon order or prepares them specifically for each customer. For this reason, orders that have already entered the processing, preparation, or production stage cannot be cancelled or significantly modified.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders before confirming payment.

 
Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before processing begins, any eligible payments made for the order may be refunded, excluding applicable payment processing fees or administrative costs where applicable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders involve additional preparation and coordination.

To begin processing and production, bulk orders require a 50% downpayment based on the confirmed invoice.

Once production has started, cancellations or significant modifications are no longer permitted, and the downpayment will not be refundable.

The remaining balance must be settled before the order can be released or shipped.

Customers placing bulk orders are encouraged to carefully review all order details before confirming the order and submitting payment.

Discretion
 
Curr Crafters reserves the right to review and make final decisions regarding order changes, cancellations, refunds, or related requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly for situations not explicitly covered by this guideline.
